ReeceNichols Real Estate, Kansas City’s top residential real estate brokerage, has expanded their leadership structure. Krista Wilson, Rick Witeka, Chad Dumas and Don Burns have been promoted to Senior Vice President of Brokerage.

“Krista, Rick, Chad and Don will assist and support the brokers as well as our core services in delivering a remarkable experience to our clients and agents,” President and CEO Mike Frazier said. “Every one of them has demonstrated tremendous leadership over the years and we are thrilled to have them in a position where they can mentor and assist a wider range of brokers and agents.”

Chad Dumas, most recently the Managing Broker at ReeceNichols’ Lee’s Summit office, and Don Burns, most recently the Managing Broker at the Leawood office, will perform their expanded roles in their respective offices.

Krista Wilson, most recently the Managing Broker at The Village office, will transition to the company’s Home Office for the expanded role. Rick Witeka, most recently the General Manager of ReeceNichols’ southern region and Managing Broker at ReeceNichols’ Springfield office, will perform the expanded role in the Springfield office.

“This new structure positions ReeceNichols for growth and expansion,” Frazier said. “Our goal is to create a large, regional, real estate company that will serve agents with world class tools and clients with exceptional service, as they make one of the most financially important decisions in their lives.”
